Please note that opting out or withdrawing your consent may affect your use of the Services and the Platform.

In conducting our business, we may need to use, process, disclose, and/or transfer your personal data to our affiliates, related corporations, third-party service providers, agents, or other third parties, whether located in Singapore or abroad, for one or more of the above-stated purposes. We may share user information, including statistical and demographic data and details of their use of our Services, with advertising partners and third-party suppliers for purposes such as advertising, remarketing, and programming. In accordance with applicable Privacy Laws or other legal requirements, we may collect, use, or disclose your personal data without consent if permitted by law. This includes using your data to meet legal obligations, fulfil contractual requirements, pursue legitimate interests, or address legal claims. While we implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security due to potential unauthorised access or technology failures.

SHOPIFY

The Services are hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides Dangsochic with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Shopify stores your credit card data if you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase. Your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After the purchase transaction is completed, the information is deleted.

COOKIES

We or our authorised service providers and advertising partners may from time to time use "cookies" or other features to allow us or third parties to collect or share information in connection with your use of our Services or Platform. Our Platform uses analytical cookies (e.g., Google Analytics), to help us to understand how users navigate and interact with our website. These features help us improve our Platform and the Services we offer, help us offer new services and features, and/or enable us and our advertising partners serve more relevant content to you. “Cookies” are identifiers that are stored on your computer or mobile device that record data about computer or device, how and when the Services or Platform are used or visited, by how many people and other activity within our Platform. DATA RETENTION

(ii) retention is no longer necessary for legal, regulatory, or business purposes; and

(iii) no other legitimate interests require further retention.

If you cease using the Platform, or if your access to the Platform or Services is suspended or terminated, we may continue to store, use, or disclose your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice and our legal obligations. Subject to applicable law, we may securely dispose of your personal data without prior notice.

SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. It is your responsibility to maintain the secrecy of your user ID and login password.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
Certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Notice or our website’s Terms of Service.

AGE OF CONSENT

Our services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16 or minors (as defined by applicable national laws). If you are a minor, please do not attempt to fill out our forms or send any personal information about yourself to us. If a minor has provided us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us immediately to remove the relevant information and unsubscribe the minor. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to promptly delete such information from our files.

YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to applicable laws, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion or anonymisation of your personal data, in certain circumstances, withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data, where our processing is based on consent, object to or restrict certain types of processing, including direct marketing, and lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority.
