We hope you love your piece. In the event you need to make a return, our policy below outlines how to do so with ease.
Please note that returns are only eligible for orders within Singapore. At the moment, International orders are not eligible for returns.
RETURNS
Dangsochic accepts returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
- Purchased item(s) must be in original, unworn condition with packaging and tags intact.
- There should be no scratches, marks, or signs of wear on the piece.
- Please note that earrings are strictly final sale due to hygiene reasons.
- Items purchased during promotional periods or using discount codes are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
How to request for a return
- Please e-mail hello@dangsochic.com with your name and order number for verification, and indicate the items(s) you wish to return.
- Once your details have been verified, we will provide the return mailing address.
- Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged before shipping them to us.
Shipping Fees
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All original packaging must be returned, including the jewellery pouch/box and card insert.
Approval and Processing
- Dangsochic reserves the right to decline any return request that does not comply with this policy, or our Terms of Service.
- If your return request is rejected due to non-compliance, reshipment fees will be borne by the customer.
- If the returned item does not meet our eligibility requirements, it will be sent back to the customer.
- From the date your item is received by us, please allow 5-7 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and their eves) for your return to be processed by us.
Refund
- Once your return has been approved and processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
